Are children allowed to stay at the hotel?

We sincerely apologize, but we do not accommodate children of elementary school age or younger.
(Except in the case of exclusive private bookings.)

Can I book a stay for one person?

As a general rule, stays are available for two guests or more. However, single occupancy is possible if the room charge equivalent to two guests is paid.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing sandals, slippers, pajamas, bathrobes, tracksuits, shorts, or similar casual attire in the restaurant.

Can I make a reservation for the private hot spring bath in advance?

We do not accept advance reservations.
Please make your reservation for the private hot spring bath at the time of check-in.

From when does the cancellation fee apply?

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

On the day of arrival	The day before arrival.	From 3 days prior to arrival.	From 7 days prior to arrival.	No-show without notice / Failure to arrive without prior notice
80% of the accommodation charge.	50% of the accommodation charge.	30% of the accommodation charge.	20% of the accommodation charge.	100% of the accommodation charge.

Is there a smoking room available?

All guest rooms are non-smoking.
Please use the designated smoking area located on the first floor next to the elevator.
