RULES 利用規則

In order to ensure that all guests enjoy a safe and comfortable stay at Nikko Nishimachi Club A la touto, we have established the following regulations in accordance with Article 10 of our Accommodation Agreement. We kindly ask for your cooperation in observing them.

If these regulations are not observed, we may be obliged, pursuant to Article 7 of the Accommodation Agreement, to refuse your stay or the use of the hotel’s facilities.
Furthermore, in the event of an accident, you may be held responsible for any resulting damages. We respectfully ask for your particular understanding and attention in this matter.

Article 1: Use of Guest Rooms

Please review the evacuation route map displayed separately from your room.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight; accommodation of non-registered individuals is not allowed.

Please note that long-term stays do not grant any legal rights of residence.

Accommodation by minors alone will not be permitted without parental or guardian consent.
In addition, we kindly request that individuals who may cause inconvenience or distress to other guests—due to impaired judgment resulting from physical or mental conditions, medication, alcohol consumption, or similar circumstances—refrain from using our facilities.

Article 2: Room Keys

When leaving your room during your stay, please ensure that the door is properly locked.

Please be sure to return your room key to the front desk upon departure from the hotel.

In the event that the room key or the metal key for the safety deposit box is lost or damaged, you will be charged the actual replacement cost.

Article 3: Visitors

Please meet your visitors in the lobby.

Do not invite outside visitors into your guest room, nor allow them to use guest room facilities or items.

When responding to a knock at your door, please keep the door latch engaged while opening it.
If you find anyone suspicious, kindly contact the front desk immediately.

Article 4: Within the Guest Room

The use of open flames—such as heating or cooking appliances, candles, or similar items—is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and hallways without the hotel’s permission.
Cooking within the guest room is also strictly prohibited.

Please refrain from smoking except in designated areas.

Without the hotel’s permission, guest rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation, such as business activities, offices, or parties.

Do not move guest room furnishings, install fixtures, or make alterations or modifications to the room without the hotel’s permission.

Small guest room items and amenities must not be taken outside the room.

Please do not place any items by the window that may detract from the hotel’s exterior appearance.

Article 5: Prohibited Items and Conduct
Within the hotel, please refrain from bringing in the following items or engaging in the following conduct that may cause inconvenience to other guests:

Dogs, cats, birds, or other pets.

Flammable or combustible materials.

Items emitting strong odors or harmful substances.

Excessively large quantities of belongings.

Any items prohibited by law.

Gambling, intimidating behavior, acts that disturb public morals, or any conduct or language that causes discomfort or inconvenience to other guests (including noise).

Wearing bathrobes in the restaurant.

Moving hotel furnishings or using them for purposes other than their intended use.

Leaving personal belongings unattended in hallways, the lobby, or other public areas.

Distributing advertisements or promotional materials, selling goods, or engaging in solicitation activities.

Article 6: Conservation of Resources
In order to use resources responsibly, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving electricity and water.
